When you fill out the application form and join the Talent Pool, your profile, created based on the information you provide, will be compared to employers’ requirements and the most suitable job openings for you will be identified. You will also be notified if there are any other relevant matches.

How can I find out if my application for the Talent Pool Program has been received?
I filled out the application form incorrectly. Do I have to start over and submit a new application?
Yes, if you filled out the form incorrectly, you should send an email to [email protected] indicating the problem and resubmit the application form.
I would like to withdraw my application for the Talent Pool Program. How can I do that?
You can send an email to [email protected] indicating in the subject line that you wish to withdraw your application. We will then contact you shortly.
How long will it take for someone to get back to me after I complete my Talent Pool Program application?
The application approval process is completed no later than one week and you will receive an email notification. If your application is approved, you will be scheduled for a video interview within 14 days to complete your profile. Once your profile is complete, you will be notified of available or upcoming job openings that match your profile.
If a match is made with a client and I am contacted, will I be notified of the next steps?
Of course, you will not only be notified of the match, but also of the next steps.
Is my personal data secure?
In our Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, you can find out where your data is stored and how it is shared with third parties.
Are there any fees or deductions when a client is referred or a job is completed?
No, there are no fees charged under the Talent Pool Program.
So, how does Siu Digital generate revenue? Why do you offer services without charging a fee?
You are right, systems that do not generate revenue are not trustworthy. Siu Digital only charges fees to brands that want to post job searches. There are no fees for members of the Talent Pool.
